Last week, I received an e-newsletter from Simon & Schuster. It was a Save the Date for the Mortal Instruments: City of Bones movie. DANG! All I have to say – that’s some smart seeding!
I fell in love with The Mortal Instruments trilogy about two years ago. I was on a short vacation, and I remember purchasing the next two books as soon as I finished the first book. The Wife rolled his eyes.
By the end of the third book, I was kind of meh, but the ride was fun. The author planned a total of six books, and I thought that was way too many. Now that they’re making a movie version of the first book, I’m interested to see what it’s going to look like on the big screen.
You have to admit, the covers to these books are very eye-catching.
