As you may recall, I met the ladies of Cake Bar at Unique LA recently. Cake Bar is a woman-owned small business in the LA area. (Holla!) I picked up a couple of their Irish Car Bomb cakes-in-a-jar and was in love. I was so blinded by the cuteness of the cakes-in-a-jar, I forgot to pick up some bourbon caramel corn and “crack” cookies at the show.

Yeah! What’s not to like? It’s popcorn drizzled with bourbon caramel sauce, all made by Cake Bar. For real, what is there not to like? Do the math: bourbon + caramel + popcorn = amazeballs! (Figuratively and literally!)

Wow! That popcorn sounds amazing! I visited their website and I thought the Mexican Hot Chocolate cupcakes sounded amazing too!
I really liked all their alcohol dessert combinations. I mean, alcohol in baked goods? Sign me up!
Odd that I picked a dessert without alcohol, but those cupcakes sound great!
I can only pick one? They all sound delicious! I guess if I had to pick just one it would be the Margarita cupcake. I’ll have to see if I can’t make it to the Crafted Show in June; I’d love to try a couple of these!
Why did you tell me about this place?! I want the Irish Car Bomb, Mudslide, White Russian, Margarita, Bourbon Chocolate Tort, and esp the Limoncello Lemon Bars! This made me remember that I bought a alcohol cupcake book a long time ago that I have to try!

I’m obsessed with the idea of Bourbon Caramel Popcorn! I’ve haven’t tried CakeBarLA before but can’t wait to taste some of their tasty treats… their Mimosa cupcake sounds amazing!
Are you kidding???? S’mores Marshmallows sound divine. I love S’mores and with summer approaching it’s the perfect nostalgic treat. The Pina Colada cupcakes sounds like a bit of the islands too. Sounds like these tasty treats can transport you to a whole new place. Can’t wait to try them.
