I spent a couple of days getting back into running mode. I chucked 2 miles on Friday morning and 2 more on Saturday morning. They were quite short in mileage but I’m glad I went out anyway. Both runs got my legs used to the pounding again. I think my legs still have the muscle memory from January. But my breathing has been lost. I would get side stitches here and there during my runs. Definitely need to concentrate on breathing better.
