The Hubs and I headed to the Key Club late last week to see THE SOUNDS! What an energetic band! It was packed at the Key Club – PACKED. It was so tight, I could smell the shampoo/hair product of the girl in front of me. And everytime someone tried to walk in front of me, to pass me to get to the bar, my boobs were being grazed.
The max capacity sign said 114. I think not, fellow concertgoers. I think there were 500 of us crammed inside. It was like a sauna. But a good sauna with great music and bouncy musicians. I enjoyed them very much. The lead singer kind of looks like Debbie Harry b/c of her blonde hairdo, but that’s where the resemblance ends.
I thoroughly enjoyed the show. They had been opening for No Doubt during their CA leg of their tour. So good. I’d recommend you go and see them when they come to your city!
