After my morning run, The Hubs and I headed to watch Brüno! It was funny and cringe-worthy. I’m not sure I could watch it again. I felt the story was less formed than Borat, which I liked a lot. I loved when Bruno went to the army base. I won’t give away the rest. The movie just makes you cringe and fear for Sacha Baron Cohen’s life. :p

Later, we headed down to Cerritos to try Five Guys burgers, which Cameron had touted as BETTER than IN N OUT. (Blasphemy!) I had my meat intake for the week. I ordered the cheeseburger, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Meh. I’d take 50 points off of that already. I’ve had better. (I had a cheeseburger at Oinkster and that was delish.) The fries were good.
Ian came up from OC with Daisy’s new Macbook. Hurrah! She has joined the legion of Apple people. Plus hopefully, she won’t run into so many computer issues as she had in the past with her PC laptop. Daisy thoughtfully brought me a Sprinkles cupcake. OMFG. Yummy! SO good that it gave me a chocolate/sugar headache. Thumbs up!
